Hi, On PR Card application in GC Portal I see an update saying "Final decision - July 26, 2024:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made. " . What does it mean ?

Thank you, I got P1 email but still tracker shows Eligibility and background are in-progress

Approval email and P1 email are different ?
