I just got the PPR request today. June 1 - Submitted online application June 3 - IRCC confirmed the application and updated status to Processing June 4 - Biometric Request letter June 5 - Submitted Biometrics and IRCC portal confirmed it on the the same day June 11 - Passport Request

Yes, I got the Biometric Request the following day

Just give it more time. It happened to me, too. Submitted last June 1st. Then got updates on June 3rd. I am using the new IRCC portal.
