My first score was 231, which was too low considering my experience and canadian educ, so i withdrew my application and resubmitted a new one. The new profile returned with 0 points. I called IRCC and they advised me to resubmit. They said it happens sometimes and it's a glitch in the system.

Hi hi! I have similar experience with my EE profile. This is my 2nd time to submit an EE profile but it returned with a score of ZERO. Have you guys figured this out pls?
