How long do I need to work as a PSW in a long-term care home before I can apply for my PR?

Hello, I am applying for my PGWP and requesting my medical records since I will be working in a health care facility, meanwhile, the medical I have is the one I did in April 2023 and I am applying for PGWP this June 2024. My question is, can I still use my previous medicals or should I do a new one?
