Hi I applied on 26 jan2024, AOR 26 april 2024. My PVO was Sydney and SVO was ottawa. But I called today PVO is etobicoke and SVO Sydney. The IRCC lady said it was the same before PVO never changes. But I talked to IRCC 2-3 times before and the offices were sydney and ottawa. How it happened...
