Almost same, i received ghost update on Oct 4th which only the application history was changed to that we have received your information. I think we can't do anything but to wait patiently and pray.

My last update was oct 4, that they have received the information I sent them which was the new LOA. I sent them around 4 webforms i didn't receive any reply but in status tracker in sept 27 they updated the status to "that we received your enquiry".

Applied on 3 June, last update was in IRCC status tracker on 27 sept, that they have received my enquiry. No email nothing after biometric collection letter. When was your last update of status tracker?

Same issue. Did biometric in June 7 No update after that, In IRCC portal biometric shows, we have not received your fingerprint. Eligibility under process Background under process Medica- we don't need your medical, I did it upfront.
