I remember creating an account on IRCC Tracker as an unpaid representative with email address used for application. Party ID was emailed to me on this email address.

I do not recall the sequence of selection as it took me couple of attempts before getting in queue to speak to an agent. It is not convenient and involves going back and forth with the selections. I did not use application number or UCI number for the successful attempt. Hope that helps.

You can call at 1888-242-2100 and will need to make selection in order for your call to be directed to an agent. I have had luck with shorter wait times in the afternoon.
