Hi Guys, I have an international trip scheduled for July 2024. Can you please let me know from what point on in the process we can't return without the PR card? Is it from the final decision? From the P1/P2? Or from the eCOPR?

Did you schedule an appointment before trying walk in? Should I at least have something scheduled before trying?
