I think both things happened at the same time, maybe when they approve the address the eCOPR is generated and uploaded immediately. I see that the signature in the document has the same date and time I received the email.

I think they accepted the address and issued the eCOPR at the same time, because I checked the PR portal this morning around 9:30 and the address was still in review, and a few minutes before 11 am I received the eCOPR, so I checked again the PR portal to download the document and the address...

In the PR portal only the mailing address was accepted today… the photo is still in review… And I just checked gc key and nothing has changed since the final decision… it says my application is in progress… LOL

Thank you! The document says May 22, 2025. But I’m already in Canada so I should receive my card next month…
