    Yes he is a PR holder. We spoke to another consultant he said we applied for the wrong visa. We should have applied for dependent visa and not SOWP. Now we are confused if I apply for dependent visa will I be allowed to work on that

    I got my SOWP refused, the reason stated was : My spouse is a Canadian PR holder and does not have a valid work permit. I had applied through an agent and he said that the rule has changed, I am clueless. What can I do in this case?
