I received my ecopr on Dec 02 and they mailed my PR card on Dec 18. I didn’t receive it yet though.

I saw the candidate who applied on 24th Feb, 2024, received their ecopr on Nov 22nd. Hopefully, from now onwards March candidates will also start receiving the ecopr s.
