Apparently it can take 6-8 weeks for medical to be approved :o :o :o :o :o Surely they will see the date and realise it can't take that long?

I've had to book a ticket for 7th of September which means I will miss first two days of University because I still haven;t gotten my visa and I applied on 28 June in South Africa.

But there won't be time for a medical if they only respond towards the end of August. Then what do I do? Surely they know that University starts soon and that they need to contact me.
