Update - I was also able to register in the tracker today! Thought it was because the clinic submitted my medicals today, but looks like tracker started working for everyone else here too. Seems like they do it in batches lol

It’s true that at first you get a temporary UCI that starts with CAN. Everyone who has given biometrics has their permanent UCI number (without CAN). It is written on BIL which I received on April 10th. I thought it would allow me to register in the tracker but it’s been more than 2 weeks now...
