    Do you mean the caregiver must live in Quebec or the employee must live in Quebec? How long do you have to live in Quebec? I'm asking because I have an approved LMIA under LOC 44100 and upon applying for work permit I discovered there is a refusal to process LMIA for visitors in Canada.
