    Since October 14 everything shows complete on the Tracker, GCkey hasn't updated yet. How long realistically could PPR take? They did ask for an updated police certificate which we sent on October 21

    Applied on January 9th and have everything done except BGC, on GCKey it's gone from N/A to 'We're Processing' twice now, does anyone know what stage I could be at? Requested GCMS notes over 2 months ago but nothing yet. Our application is in Sao Paulo VO and like everyone we're stressing out :eek:

    Is it true PR Tracker is experiencing issues? Haven't had an update since March 3rd in the tracker. GCKey doesn't have any movement either since medical. Have IRCC acknowledged any potential issues?

    March 2025- Outland Spousal Sponsorship

    We applied in January and biometrics still show in progress in the PR tracker. However in GCKey the biometric number and completion date shows up there. I assume the officer just didn't update the PR tracker, don't think you have to worry.
