I raised a webform before and they responded yesterday with that info. Just now received that the second passport was also dispatched today from IRCC to Canada VAC

Yeah, received tracking details and it is in transit. Waiting still for other parent's passport to be released. IRCC mentioned that the case been finalized on 25/4/2024 but it was not dispatched. I badly need it to be dispatched by today.

Can we ask someone in delhi to pick it up from Canada VAC instead of shipment?
