Sorry, I don't have any other email address known from them aside from the one published on the site. I too didn't get an email reply from them. However, I still got my PCC after I taking a short trip to Vietnam, as I've mentioned in this thread above.

I just want to update you guys that I'm already PR. Got the final decision last June and recently received our PR card.

I ended up travelling to Vietnam to get my PCC myself with the help of an agent, went back to Canada after and wait for its release. Hopefully by 3rd week of May the document is ready with English translation. I did the pricey option but I still wonder that maybe going personally to Vietnam...

Anyone got their PCC in Vietnam successfully?
