It just means something in your application status was updated. Could be any one of eligibility, background check, medical exam, additional documents, interview, etc. Since you accessed it, it now reverts back to submitted. It doesn’t mean anything for when IRCC will reach their final decision.

Did they request a medical exam? Unless you are exempt, your application could have been approved in error. Hope that’s not the case.

We did not attach any supporting documents other than the Purpose of Travel letter signed and dated in pdf format. Although, it wouldn't hurt to attach your LoA or anything you might think that might strengthen your case. Our application is non-SDS.
