Congrats man! I received my PR card on the same day as yours, I applied on Jan 3rd. I think we are in the hand of the same officer who is super slow dealing with the renewal. My trip was on April 20th, and I had to purchase a different flight for me and my family that wasted me 1500 CAD.

Yes, I have done all of what you have done! I sent the urgent processing request on Mar 12th, and today they notified me the additional documents for urgent processing is attached to my application (which is hilarious :D ). After trying all these, I feel like the ultimate solution is just wait...
