CSIS notes sent incredibly slow these days. I ordered on Aug 20th and received couple of days ago. No names no dates on it, just a template response.

If you are inland, or you have someone inland to request for you, you can use ATIP. It’s official, provided by Canada government. If not, you can use getgcms , it’s an agent service.

You need to order CSIS notes to know if your case was sent to them. It is not detailed as CBSA notes, but it can tell you if your case is in progress or not found in their database. 1-2 years is what you may want to expect, but sometimes people got cleared early. So, be prepared and be hopeful.

Sorry, I didn’t catch that. Actually, if you just got your security started, there are possibilities that you don’t have to go through this long running. So, wait for your notes and see what they say. Hope for the best and prepared for the worst.

You could have anybody you know in Canada help you make the request or you could use a third party service.

Hi, what was the expire date before they extended your med? I also did upfront med which will expire in a few days, and I've heard nothing from them. My AOR was in Sept 2023, btw.
