    There won't be any update on GCKey after a dependent's passport is stamped. When was the passport received at IRCC New Delhi? In my case, they received the passport on July 30th and my received the passport back on Aug 13th.

    Hope so too. From what I am reading in the threads, the average time from P1 to P2 is 20-30 days, P2 to eCOPR is again 30 days, and from eCOPR to PR card is 40 days.     Great, you can submit then. My wife's passport is at the IRCC office in Delhi now. I too have a notion that IRCC office in Delhi will probably follow up with the Canadian counterpart and trigger the portal emails for me. Hopefully this happens. I will update if I hear from IRCC.

    I honestly don't know. I told my wife to submit the passport for stamping as the RFV letter said to do so within 30 days and I am hoping that they will stamp it.
