    Tbh with you I’m not sure what P1 and P2 are but I was asked to submit my information like UCI, height, eye color etc August 18 in order to open the portal and yesterday I got email that the portal is open in order for me to upload the picture

    Same thing with me when I called they told same thing. One week after I called again they said that they have shipped it. Then the shipping took 2 weeks :)

    If anyone wants some info: Applied for my 2nd RTD July 7th. Got approved August 5th. Got it delivered by Purolator today August 18th.
