Nah the timeline is fine as things stand, but I just don't get why governmental organizations (across the world, not just in Canada) are sometimes inconsistent when it comes to simple things like printing and mailing a piece of plastic.

My dependent and I also got GU1 on July 10th and nothing after that for both of us. It's frustrating because I see most people getting GU2 within 2 working days!

Yes eventually I received the acknowledgement email after 2-3 weeks, then within a week after that I received my PPR. I hope you get your email soon.
