Has your employer got registered with SINP authorities? After May 1,2012 it is compulsory to get registered with the authorities and get approval for the job which they offer to you from them. Also nomination process is going on snail pace keeping fingers crossed as it is almost end of october...

New Rule is that employer has to get registered with SINP authorities and then only it can offer employment to any foreign worker. My employer is not getting approval from the authorities and I dont have any other employer...... :( :( :( :( :( :(

Dear Rdot as far as my information saskatchewan authorities have changed some rules for employers who are giving you job offer kindly check that because i was also applying for the same but now i have got information that companies who are giving employment have to register themselves with SINP...
