    Read what the guy said above you. You don't need a PCC. You weren't in your country for more than 183 days AFTER you became a PR so you don't need it. But in the online application make sure you point this out.

    It's not needed. If you read the application guide they say if you were in the country of origin in the eligibility period then it's not required. I don't think the one month stay would trigger a PCC request. If she stayed over 183 days then yes, but not for just a month.

    I traveled to Dubai right before my PR process and I wasn't selected for security screening. But I spent a total of 3 months there not 6>. Maybe that's the reason.
