I am from Nepal and was in India for 8 years. I am back in Nepal from past 3 years. I had visited india once again for 2 days durung the PCC application under process from indian embassy. . Will that PCC be valid ? as I went to India in between my assessment period.. what date will be mentioned...

I have known few ppl getting nominated from outland before the inland applicants. so that might not be true
