Same thing happened to me. I applied for renewal 30 days before. They will give you a temporary one next day by email. Which valid for 6 months. You will receive your work permit within 180 days.

I applied in February. Asked for biometric and background check after two months. Still waiting for AOR. You got AOR ?

I got biometric on April. But no AOR yet

Wait for two months. I am sure you will get first response. Sometimes it takes longer time than usual. After submission all we can do is waiting for the response.

Service Ontario doesn’t provide health card without AOR. She came as a visitor and overstayed as she became pregnant and we had our baby here. We go to doctor for regular check up. My and baby’s one is taken care by health card. My wife’s bill is lot higher than what I can afford. We still try...

Good for you. I have applied for me and my spouse. I have got biometric and requested for background check after two months. I haven’t got AOR yet. I wish to get AOR soon for my spouse’s health care. Please let us know if you get any new updates.

Hello, I have applied for my pr including my spouse in February 2024. In April I got email to submit my biometric and police clearance from use. After that no results yet. I was wondering how long does it take to get AOR? it would be nice if you can share your timeline too. Thanks
