Hi No, not yet and we have already travelled and entered back in Canada on the same PR cards without any problem so I am still thinking if those errors would have any bearing in the longer run.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes we were able to travel but we chose to travel through US so no one will raise a question on our way back as we all have US visas. While entering Canada, no question was raised as they only see the valid PR cards.
