OINP - Employer Job Offer : Foreign worker stream

I reached out to OINP to ask about the work permit support letter. Got them on the phone and they answered my questions. I reached out to my MP to ask them to look into TRV application because I had to renew it and had to leave the country urgently. They helped too.

OINP - Employer Job Offer : Foreign worker stream

Have any of you tried asking your local politician's office to help looking into this and/or calling OINP. I've called the Program, and they are much easier to get a hold of than IRCC.

OINP - International Student (NOA issue)

You don't need the NOA to prove experience. Only if you're claiming earnings history points, you need that document. For experience, you'll need paystubs, letter of employment and offer of employment. I included my T4 in my application for good measure, but you don't need that. Take a look at...

OINP - Employer Job Offer : Foreign worker stream

Mine went from DIP to Awaiting Information. They asked my employer to revise my wage to meet the median wage for my NOC 10022, which my employer did and sent back to OINP. Two days later (today), the status went back to DIP. I suspect the nomination should come in this week or the next...

OINP - Employer Job Offer : Foreign worker stream

You would need to update your application in September because you will no longer have a valid work permit at that point. Did you receive your ITA from OINP yet? If not, your score will drop by 10 points for not having a valid work permit.

OINP - International Student (NOA issue)

I haven't experienced anything like this, but when I was filing my EJO FWS EOI application, I left out earnings, because like you, I worked all of 2023, but my NOA was not released at the time of the EOI. The attestation form you sign states that you need to be eligible on the date of your EOI...

    Oinp employer job offer

Your employer filling out the form is a huge deal - most don't. This indicates that they are willing to help you in your application. I would send them an email with a link to the required documents as requested by OINP and highlight that roles and responsibilities need to be specified. If they...
