I reached out to OINP to ask about the work permit support letter. Got them on the phone and they answered my questions. I reached out to my MP to ask them to look into TRV application because I had to renew it and had to leave the country urgently. They helped too.

Have any of you tried asking your local politician's office to help looking into this and/or calling OINP. I've called the Program, and they are much easier to get a hold of than IRCC.

That's true, but by my estimation, I received mine 10 days sooner. Still, it's a good sign.

Mine went from DIP to Awaiting Information. They asked my employer to revise my wage to meet the median wage for my NOC 10022, which my employer did and sent back to OINP. Two days later (today), the status went back to DIP. I suspect the nomination should come in this week or the next...

You would need to update your application in September because you will no longer have a valid work permit at that point. Did you receive your ITA from OINP yet? If not, your score will drop by 10 points for not having a valid work permit.
