I have less than 1 year Canadian Experience. Have a full time job but not LMIA. FSW

My foreign experience of 4+ years is in NOC: Information systems specialists and my Canadian experience of less than 1 year is in NOC: Database analysts and data administrators (also my primary NOC). Will it affect my score in any way? Can I complete my Express Entry profile, or I should wait...
