I have never taken a medical exam. So they should ask me for a medical exam. I submitted my application in Feb 2024, and I was asked for biometrics in July, I received an arrival letter at the beginning of October. and still waiting....

Hi Guys. I submitted my application in Feb 2024. Within 9 months I only received a Biometric letter and a Pre-arrival letter. I have not been asked for a medical exam yet. Is that normal? (inland applicant)

After biometrics and submitting additional documents, waiting 2 months to receive a medical request is normal. you may submit a web form if the time surpasses 2 months.

My CSQ took 6 months (as an inland applicant). you can apply for a new work permit or extend it if you are eligible. It does not have an opposition to CSQ application if you are an inland applicant.

It depends on the stream you are applying through.
