I received the Congrats email from IRCC yesterday saying my EcoPR is available on PR confirmation portal. However, when I hit the button download, an error message popped up saying there was a technical error when handling your request; please try again later. I've tried all different devices...

Hi everyone, My Copr info showed up on Jan 29th but still waiting for Portal 1. It has been a couple weeks.. Does anyone receive portal recently? Do you guys have any advise? Thanks,
