They asked me during the oath onboarding whether I have any travel plans intentionally in the next two weeks and I said no so they may be processing people who need the cert quicker first. All in good time. Breathe in, breathe out.

Et... c'est fini. Dès aujourd'hui, je suis finalement fièrement canadien (en tout cas, officiellement, parce que j'en étais déjà un dans mon coeur). One of the most interesting things about the human species is its ability to make up fictions. We wouldn't be where we were without the fictions we have made up about existence. Society, laws, countries, borders, religions, social hierarchies, money, races and most of the other human bullshit...

With all empathy, it's not a competition and it's not a zero-sum game ;) Given you've been waiting so long and have even got your MP involved, you've done all you can. This will not be easy to hear, but I would say please stop comparing your timeline with anyone else's. You're only torturing...

    RCMP Fingerprint No Reference Number

The RCMP has no idea about the UCI or your application number, yeah. They're the police, not immigration. IRCC will match your fingerprints to your file using the DCN request number on the fingerprint form, which the agency you took your fingerprints at links with your UCI and tells IRCC about...

    > Citizenship application needs - 3 years of physical presence and have to file taxes for 3 years. I can't speak to the rest of your post but to be clear, the rules are: 3 years of physical presence and have to file taxes for 3 years if you were required to.

US PCC - FBI : Did anyone recently apply for US PCC ?

I did, in January. Not sure if that qualifies as "recent" for you. It took 3 weeks from the time I scanned my fingerprints. I believe the agency I did the fingerprints at them out to the FBI the next day, and then it took a couple days to get to the FBI facility. The rest of the time was the FBI...
