What do you mean by Original version of Birth certificate, because Birth certificate would be in our native languages so do we need to submit Original Birth certificate in my native language and Translation ?

How long did it take them to approve your appeal? it's been more than 10 days for me, I am still waiting for the approval and i Believe that it takes again another couple of weeks for fingerprint... Is anything can I do to expedite the approval of my appeal?

Hi Did Nominee certificate mention anything about accompanying or not I just added my husband info and details while applying OINP, however nomination certificate doesn't mention about anything. is it normal?

Yeah understandable, but one of my friend also got the intent to refuse notice and she closed the Open OHSA order as we did and got the nomination within 10 days from the responded date but mine is more than one month and total timeline of the file also more than 5 months. everyday calling OINP...

Did your friend get any response for the intent to refuse notice? Any update on her file?

My Employer fixed the issue on the same day they raised it. Yeah will ask MPP again to request the status of my file

Yeah requested by MPP only OINP checked my file and requested the OHSA issue. So again I ask MPP to check the Status of my file.. However I am not sure whether MPP will do since they asked them regarding my status and got the reply of this OHSA issue.

They mentioned that there was one opening order in OHSA, however that was a technical glitch and resolved on the same day by the OHS inspector. but I did not hear anything from OINP from them till now. let's see.

Yeah, it's a general mail stating that look your portal for status. nothing specific... I am really worried that my work permit expires soon
