    Seems that you should wait for an update, but no one knows when. You wont see visa number on tracker before you receive BVL. I hope you get your PPR soon.

    What is "manual procesing"? BVL usually comes when a final decision is made or is near. I wonder why for some applications like mine it's not the case.

    What do u mean by Eligibility Roll back? You mean it was shown "Completed" on 8 Jan, and then again it is back to "In Process", on 18 Jan?
