To get a pr u should hv valid status in canada .. u said restoration means u r out of status right now once your permit finish..u will able to gain your status back by restoration process.. u should restore your status back as far i know..but also u hve lawer they knows better than us

So u were in open work permit so u try to resotre in worker again.. u did not apply for pr until that time

Yea thanks aman I applied work permit extension got refused with some documents then i tried to restore but my consultant used the old compliance fee today my employer got refund the compliance fee my employer gave the new number also the problem is application is already submitted can I update...

U also used the old compliance number at first and while u get refund u talk to the agent and update it?
