Absolutely. And toronto on the other hand is processing most of the files before 8 weeks. I did send them a very detailed email asking for reason for the delay. But they should definitely update their website and inform people especially walk in appointments that the processing times are delayed...

Thanks for the reply. I have already sent email to vancouver consulate on 23rd jan but have not received any answer/reply from them till yet. I am in the 12th week from my walk in appointment at bls surrey.

I feel the same. I dont know what process they follow. Can someone tell me how to contact an agent/person at bls surrey as everytime we call 778-508-7411, we cannot pass through the automated voice :/

I think you should receive it by today or early next week.

I have been checking this thread from more than a month now and people are getting their oci's processed with later ack dates than us. But keeping fingers crossed.

My ack for oci is 9th nov and my wife's 10th nov Mission- vancouver. Status- Processing at consulate general No update from last 2 months :/

I dont know what's going on! Process is much faster everywhere else in canada. People who resubmitted their files also got their oci.
