Yes, I could find these contacts in the website, but the doctor in Buenos Aires that is supossed to provide the service paid by IFHP, actually dos not receive the Certificate of Elegibility, so we have to pay almost US$200 each one of my 4-members family group.

Hello all! Yesterday I received the Biometric Instruction Letters for my family group, however my 14-years-old daughter's letter does not contain the IRCC number, which is necessary for making the appointment at the VAC webpage. Is this normal or it is a mistake? What should I do?
