Yes, as long as you got CLB7 in French, it does not matter whether it’s the first or second language. I received ITA in French language draw with French as the second language. Just choose the one with higher CLB as the first one for higher CRS.

I hadn’t sent it in the original application since there was no section for uploading Language docs. IELTS either, but they only requested TCF score report.

It seems that they request applicants from French draw to additionally submit the TCF score report. I’ve seen several cases in the forum, me as well. Just submit the original pdf file you received from the exam centre. That’ll work.

I was wondering the same thing, but a few days after I submitted the additional document (TCF score report as requested), Eligibility went straight from Not started to Completed; background check still in progress. So I hope it's fine at this stage of the process.

Wow, congrats!!! Btw, when was your background check completed? Was it just right before final decision? Me BIL/MED 4 Mar, everything completed except background check stil in progress :(

It really depends more on your AOR. For me, draw #273 - Dec 7, 2023 (French language) & AOR Jan 10, 2024, I received biometric & medical exam requests a few days ago on Mar 4.
