Yes. Some of my group members received it on November 2023 and some February 2024. All exams police cert and all that things have Been done and passed. As we know from other groups and experiences the average is now taking 40-45 months

On IRCCs website says 38 months. However our group is currently at 41 and still in process. Also IRCC is changing how they assess the applications, so will affect everyone currently in process

My friend, can take up to 6 months just to get AOR, and then 1.5-2 years to process. Applications from 2021 still not finished yet. So hold on, one day you will hear from them.
