I replied to the email (Subject: Congratulations! You are now a permanent resident of Canada!) for some changes in eCoPR and got response from IRCC the same day.

I agree with you, I don't see any pattern in the way IRCC is processing PR card applications. I hope I don't face any issues with PR Card delivery or printing mistakes. :rolleyes: I would recommend you to follow-up with your MP.
