Has anyone faced a notary issue while applying for PCC from the US (specifically Texas)?
I am trying to send my documents to VFS global, but my ID and Visa document need to be notarized. Texas has a law that notaries are not allowed to notarize IDs because it is not something I sign in front of them. I can very well just fabricate a fake ID according to the notary person I talked...- abbeb
