U don’t need ARC. If you were deported just because you were just dependent family member. If you left with departure order you dont need ARC.

I don’t think so. did they charged you for any criminal convictions? otherwise you don’t worry. If he charge you they should make stand you front the judge. Did they tell anything to you?

There is no EE for health authority. Direct application process. I hope you get soon. Same 3 month process
