Application May 17 2023. Got update on May 2 2024. Everything turned green except ceremony. It's been a month now. Still waiting for ceremony.

I applied on May 17 2023 online. Everything turned green in September 2023 except prohibitions. So on May 4 2024 prohibition got green. Now citizenship ceremony not started. Another waiting game started lol. I dont know when I am getting the oath. It's frustrating. I hope all well for everyone.

It is strange that prohibition is still in progress. I ordered Gcms notes. It says everything is else is completed but prohibition is in progress.

May 17 2023 Application online. Test completed: July 2023. Background completed. August 2023. Physical and language completed. Sep 2023. Stuck on prohibition since then. Last ghost update Oct 27 2023. No update.

You will get the email. That will tell you whether it's virtual or in person. Just an honest suggestion,do no reschedule your interview. It will take months sometime 6 months to get the new appointment.

One of my friend got an interview back in December. He said they just asked basic questions like what kind of work you do? Have you traveled outside Canada? Etc. No major issues,they just checked the entry and exit stamps on his passport. Interview was done in 10 minutes. Now he is just waiting...
