Wow, I'm so shocked that you get your BIL on the same day of AoR specially for an outland applicant (which I am as well). Congratulations, I hope you get your CoPRs soon!

I submitted a digital one then emailed OINP for the physical one.

Congratulations! Were you an inland or outland applicant? So far, I've not seen any outland applicant with DIP.

I see many who had submitted in January have also quickly seen their statuses changed from "Submitted" to "Assessment". I wonder if OINP is waiting to do a mass "Decision In Progress" followed by a mass "Nomination". It seems so to me.
