Check email inbox, for your mother there might be some additional medical request as same happened with my mother’s case. She went for additional TB tests. It took additional 4-5 months for her to get application approved.

Actually I am also in same situation now, my father got PPR yesterday but for my mother it is still in Process. Since it was a group application so logically it should have been approved together
