Yep I did on the 21st Dec. Weird that it was Calgary IRCC who issued it rather than Montreal. Guess they were processing my PGWP and realized that I was on the final step and so decided to just take over from Montreal IRCC and processed it. So it took around 2 months from portal 2 to ECOPR

Yea I emailed the portal one email too last week. Emailed again today. Hopefully they actually received this email Does it help that it is IRCC montreal as well that is the one processing the ECOPR. Heard they are one of the slowest processing centre of all.

What did u write in the webform? And what is your copr expiry? Cause I submitted a webform and all they said was it is still processing

Got my portal 2 email which asked me to submit my photo and address. Am still waiting for ECOPR for 1.5 months. Not sure how long it is gonna take especially when it is at the last step

I have received the portal 2 email one week after I replied their portal 1 email. But I am now waiting for almost 1.5 months for my ecopr to be issued. I don't get why it is taking them so long. Montreal ircc here
