How can I raise a webform? So you don't think reseting the password has anything to do with it ? What's the reason for the tracker going off sync ? The agents on the phone are clueless . Al they say it's in process.

Thanks for replying. Problem is I've been waiting for years . I did my citizenship test in 2021. Tried everything. Contacted my MP , webform, multiple calls . All they say its in process.

I just checked the ecas and nothing . Last update on it was about the test . It's been more than a month since everything on my tracker retrograded . One of the agents I spoke to was like it's temporary, wait for updates . But he had no idea what he was talking about

I did raise a webform they just said it's under process. I don't understand how 3 agents and the webform couldn't explain why. One called it a glitch .

Hi so I did my citizenship test beginning of 2021and passed. Was asked to send my certified translated stamps which I did right away. Everything was marked completed on my online tracker except the "physical presence ". Been waiting for years only for the whole tracker to reset and retrograde...
