I took the oath on Nov 21st afternoon and sent the Oath form about an hour after the ceremony. Still no e-certificate for download on the portal. Anyone else get their e-cert after oath on the same/next day? Anyone else facing similar situation of not having e-cert yet? I know it says 3-5 days...
