We applied for OCI on October The postal application that was sent on October 11th got an acknowledgement on OCI's site on 23rd Nov. The one we applied in-person on October 7th and which got re-submitted on 26th Oct has not been acknowledged on OCI's website yet.

Thanks for sharing the update. Can you tell me how long you had to wait for the 3pm enquiry time? 2 weeks to return an incorrect application is too long.. considering they have the passports

Does BLS do an initial check for postal applications and flag any errors or missing documents before they send it to CGI? I've seen some posts where they send applications back, why not just ask for missing documents? The whole BLS/Visa/Oci saga is creating unnecessary stress for so many of us.
